Do you know of a great digital photo system for storing your digital photos?
I just realize how unsafe my system is. I put a Photo CD in my computer that I have photos on and they were not there. I don’t know what happened. But I have photos on various CDs and computer files and it is a mess. I want a system that is first safe and dependable. Tell me how you manage your photos. Thanks.
Well I use Lightroom to catalog/tracking photos that I took. Organized by DATE as folder names. Then I backup the whole library and pictures on a USB hard drive. Disconnected and put it somewhere safe. Then I burned a copy of the pictures to DVDs also.
So far this is how I work…each to their own… You have to find what’s comfortable for you.
